Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Important)
As the UK is no longer part of the European Union, and for all international shipments outside the UK:

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges or is not collected from the local carrier, it may be returned to us.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping and customs return charges may be deducted from your refund

Lost or Delayed Parcels
